Application won't run for certain people

I have published an application via Citrix Metaframe (v1.8). I have given access to this application to a few people. However, only two of the people I gavce access to are able to access it. I checked NT group access and thee two people were members of another group, so I added everyone to this group and they still can't access it. Could this problem be an issue with the application/NT group access or Citrix?

doesn't sound like a group access problem to me, sounds more like a connectivity issue. Are they all using the same PN client ver.? Can they all ping the server? Are those having problems hitting it from a different location?

Everyone has the same setup.
I know there are certain restrictions for some on running network tools (ping etc) and I am not too sure if this app utilises these. I will do some more testing I think.

Does the app not load at all for these users, or do they receive an error message?

Have you tried making them a domain admin for a minute and trying it then?

Is anything written to the event vieuwer on the server, when one of those users tries to login?
