Application Server Backup Failed

Hi All,

I have IPO Rls11, the cusotmer need to Backup Application Server ( VMPro, Media Manager), configure it useing NAS, when start Backup, perform about 20% then the message displays on the screen:

Backup failed: Pushing backup files stage failed

also configure NAS connector to Backup recordings but nothing will happen,

if there any help or procedure to accomplish this ?

Avaya says that only IPO servers are supported as backup target. Anyway... There are three or four files needed at the backup location.

IP Office remote service
IP Office certificate check
CLI based call blocking
SCN fallback over PSTN

If it fails at 20% it's usually cause it can't connect to the remote location.

What are you using to receive the backups?

I usually send backups to remote location using SCP.
