I have been asked by my security team if it is possible to require that remote users have certain software (virus protection, latest windows updates et) before allowing them onto the Contitivy switch. I know you can require a certain level of code for the Contivity client, but have never heard of anything further. Is this possible?

Application requirements thru Contivity?

Nortel have a bit of software that intergrates with the contivity switch its is called Tunnel Guard. The software wil check the PC to make sure that it has the required security/ anti-virus/ firewall / patches before it is allowed to build a tunnel
