Hi Folks,
I have a problem at the moment whereby my Intranet site hangs up every now and again and I have to recycle the pool to get it up and running again. I just haven't managed to find the time to source the cause of the problem.
So at the moment, if it hangs, people call me and I recycle the pool by connecting remotely to the server. Obviously if I am not at my desk or out of the office this is an issue.
I was wondering if it was possible to write a script to connect remotely to IIS and recycle a certain pool. I could then give different people access to this script which they could run in my absence.
Other than that, what is the easiest way to debug IIS hanging up.
