System Log Event ID's:1020

I'm receiving these event ID's in my event viewer. This is preventing users from connecting to file shares from specific computers. Just recently I've been unable to access the sysvol folder on my DC's from the DC's they reside on. IE \\domaincontroller1\sysvol. It asks me to authenticate to the server. When I put in my information it doesn't work. I've read that it may be a problem with my group policy and that I need to alter the settings for digitally sign communications for microsoft clients/servers, and that this will fix the problem. I changed the cooresponding registry entries for them then retarted the server service. I then tried to access the sysvol and it still wont let me. I then tried to access the GPO and it won't let me. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

NM, I looked over the registry entries listed by microsoft. They wanted me to put 1's which would enable the policy. Once I switched it to 0's I was able to alter the settings.
