Didnt do any maintenance. Everythign seemed fine yesterday.
Today all phones are working but any changes to the keys are not loading. If you reboot a phone you can log in as hot desk but you dont get your keys.
It says application loading. You can place and recieve calls but that is it. No message key, no superkey, no speed dial or call forwarding.
I tried telneting into the 3300 and doing a ts WebService and tr Webservice.
No Joy. i webservice shows status OK
When I look at the maintenance and software logs I see this pop up frequently since about 5:20pm last night
AtaEventManager::triggerDeviceStateEvent-> Call to msgQSend has failed 704 times. ERRNO = 0x3d0002 ERRNOTask = 0x3d0002 for DN
The number 704 is increasing with each message. is this related? I have opened a support case with our reseller but all I could get out of him was "reboot the phone" and "maybe it is your firewall" (we have rebooted the affected phones.. no help. We have rebooted phones that were working and now they are busted too! lol.. The phones we are testing on are in the same subnet as 3300 and I can validate that there is connectivity between the two devices and that I can get to the ports on the 3300. I even plugged a phone into the lan port on the front of the 3300. no joy.)
Thoughts?
