Application Link version

Hi, I'm new with Ericsson MD110 and I want to know the Application Link version of my PABX, How can I do it?

- BC9 --> Aplication Link Version:3.2
- BC10 --> Aplication Link Version: 4.0

In bc10 the conections is Ethernet(NIU) and bc9 is a Serial Port(ICU).

Hi,

Those versions is more old and the your connections is Serial Port. In bc10 version exist Ethernet Port (NIU BOARD). The NIU BOARD is used for:
- Aplication Link;
- CCM;
- Call Information Logging (CIL);
- O&M Ethernet Port;
- MDDT (MD Disk Tool).

The NIU Board have 3 Serial Ports and 1 Ethernet Port. The Ethernet port may be several connections simultaneos (CCM, Aplication Link, CIL).

your answer on May11. is not quite correct. In BC9 you don´t need a ICU-Board for installing AL3.2. You need a port of ELU28 and a CT-Adapter.

You is very correct. In CCM use the serial port and Aplication Link use elu28 and CT-adapter.
