application error: wfshell.exe

hi,

i am using windows 2003 with presentation server 3.0 installed.
every time i logoff from the server an application error occurs. wfshell.exe stops responding.
technial information:
AppName:wfshell.exe AppVer: 2.4.2085.1

different modules are affected. most of the time it is rpcrt4.dll or ntdll.dll

i have found some documents about the same error message or similar problems but no solution.

any ideas, anybody??
help appreciated!!

I have seen this w/ FR3 on Windows 2003. I'm in the same boat as you.

found the following:
on the server with the error message 2 instances of wfshell.exe are running for every user.
if i manually end one of those instances and logout, there is no error message.

on every other citrix server there is only on wfshell.exe running per user.

no idea why there are 2 processes running on this special server!
