I'm looking for an PC application that can turn on and off MWI's. Does Nortel distribute a set off tools for Visual Basic or is there an application out there like this already that I can use?

YOU WOULD HAVE TO FIND SOFTWARE THAT CAN EMULATE A 2616 OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT WITH A MIK AND MCK KEY ON IT THAT IS THE ONLY WAY

You can do it with CTI. VB bit maps can controll MLS via CT Connect or you can use TAPI/SP. There are tool kits available in the Developer program which we have used that are good. If you are unable to do it yourself, youre gonna need a good budget to get it done.
