Application Connectivity in Presentation sever 4

Hello

I have Five Citrix Servers running Presentation sever 4, Full SP updates
2003 r2 sp2 . 4x duel processors 32gb each
Client desktop deployment works fine ports 1494 & 2598 are open
All worked fine in test environment , but since the move to live. The actual publishing of apps has ceased to work. In Program neighborhood Applications will not see farm but ICA connection will, A server desktop to users is not an option
Still waiting for Citrix to get back, not holding my breath
Any help and sensible suggestion would be gratefully received

So you had a test environment that worked with just published applications but when those apps were moved to production....they stopped working?

A couple of things (some are simple..but bare with me):
1. Have you checked the published application to make sure you have the servers configured properly for that app? (ie.. Server 1,2,3 and 4 have App 1)

2. From a client, open cmd and telnet to a Citrix server using 1494 or 2598? If you use 1494...it should come back with ICAICAICA..etc..etc.

3. Have you tried to recreate a duplicate published application and tweak up some of the settings on it?

enigma99 Sorry for not getting back sooner
Yes tried all suggested ,but to no avail
Tried deleting all apps an recreated
Telnet is not an option as this is disabled due to security considerations
Both MS rdp-tcp & Citrix ICA –tcp VER 3.0 connections work fine
Odd errors re the Oracle database but I had those in the test environment
And Sun think they know what the problem is.
I can publish fine on a 2000 desktop using Presentation Client version 10 but not on a XP pro one
Even tried disabling the GP but Xp still does not want to Know
I am sure I am missing something fairly simple .
