Application builder issue

I have a CP 1006r release 5.1.3. I have one application that I cannot access. It shows locked and I get the pop up box that says it is locked if opened it cannot be recovered from another copy. When I hit ok another box, which I have never seen before pops up, " File has an invalid version number ". I searched Ayava but could not find this exact issue. I do have the latest AppBuilder and use it all the time. This app was locked while I was on vacation by another tech.

I did try the C:\Avaya\CallPilot\AppBuilder\uprog and deleted the files but that did not work.
 
on the callpilot server there is a temp directory where it copies the app to while you alter it, if you find it there you can delete it that should get rid of the lock. I am in UK so will not be back at work till tomorrow but can get the directory path for you then if you dont find it yourself.
 
I looked but did not see it. If you can get the directory path that would be great. Thank you.
 
I cannot find it either now thought it was D:\Nortel\FileTransfer but tested and don't see them in there
 
I'm not loosing the plot here if you search that folder on here you see several similar issues, so check that folder.
 
How about resetting the locking users password, then logging in with that persons credentials to application builder. Then you would open the locked application and close and save it properly. That will remove the lock.
 
The locking user was the admin user ( 000000 ). I have that password and login via it.
