Appending disclaimer to outbound mail

I have a client that wants to append some legalese to messages bound for the internet (i.e. "this message is intended for the sole use of the recipient...&quot I can see in the architecture that it would be best done as Exchange converts the message, but have never seen anything about how to do it.

Any ideas?
