Errmm, seriously, there is an example just like this in the access manual and any reference on access will give you a very similar example.
What source is your data coming in as? From Excel or some other source?
I'm sure you'll get a more detailed answer soon, but basically you need to convert the manual process you do each week into a script which does it automatically.
