Append Row Warning and Combo Box Selection

Hello,
Does anyone know how to stop the annoying Append Row warning to stop appearing?

I'm also having a bit of trouble with combo boxes. How do I reference a value form one combo box to populate another combo box via a SQL statement. Where the statement would contain the value from the first combo box.
