Append Outlook Express Inbox data

I have two PCs, each running Outlook Express 5.

I want to append all the data, inbox, outbox etc from one to the other and then maintain one set of data.

How do I do it

Speaking of data files in Outlook Express:

I want to back up ALL of my OE data files (inbox, outbox, address book, profiles, etc) without backing up the entire system. My question is -- Which data files am I looking for? I know the extension for the address book is .WAB, but can't locate the inbox, outbox and other data. Does anyone know which files I'm looking for?
