app studio 1.5 - list controls? 1

hi

i'm trying to add a new control to a form and the app is telling me that one with the same name already exists but i can't seem to find it - does anyone know if theres a facility that lists all the controls on the form so that i can see where this elusive control is hiding?

hi,

The 1st View..., you find in main menu of the program.
( seeing the list, you can see if there is the name already used).

The 2nd : resource.h, is a file created by wizard,
and you find it in the dir of the sources.

hmm....the name IS in the view so i went to resource.h and commented out the name but after ive done this i get errors on compiling (undeclared variable) plus im still not able to use those names on the actual form.

is there something i am missing here?

what i had to do in the end was comment out the control name in resource.h, so a full rebuild, go to app studio, close the .rc file, open it up and open the form up again before it accepted the new name
