Network config:
2 IPO500v2s SCN w/ app server at 1 location. 14xx digital phones. A few 44xx.
SIP trunks at both sites.
3 IP hardphones (at remote sites) registered to each main location.

Issues:
1. Hotdeskers (main location w/ vm pro is home) do not get message lights and cannot log in to voice mail at any of the other 3 locations. They hear "Login invalid". (Works fine at home location.) Work around is calling in through auto attendant to check messages.

2. Auto attendant greetings keep disappearing when changing call flows. I.E., I changed the business hours condition and the entry prompt was deleted from the menu. It was still there and worked when I added it back. Happens regularly.

Is anyone else having problems with app server? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

On what version is your IPO?
Do you make changes when there are VM channels in use?
Don't do that (at the moment) because there is a bug where you change the callflow and then things go wrong.
Normally VMPro waits until it is idle to do the changes but it does not wait and gives all kind of odd issues.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Oops. Neglected to mention that. Both processors are at 8.0.44. Yes, channels were in use when I made the changes. I'll try to not make changes until it's idle. I have a network guru checking the network end to make sure that isn't the problem.

Thank you for your response!
