App Server Back Up Options

Working with App Server on an IPO R8.1 for the first time. Not a Linux person at all, but I need to back up messages and greetings.

I cannot find rsync and do not see an alternative so far. Is there another back up utility preloaded? Or do I need to load and install rsync?

Use ssh and go to /opt/vmpro
In there you have everything like on a Windows machine.

But the easiest way is to open the VMPRo client, press F9 and go to Backup.
It will make a complete backup and put this in the folder /opt/vmpro/Backup/Scheduled/Immediate
