App Bulider Delay between Announcment and Menu Blocks CP 5.0 1

Im trying to find how to eliminate a delay between an announcement block and the menu block. Ive tried lengenthing my message but no matter how long or how short the announcement is there is about a 4 second delay before it xfers to the menu greeting . I've looked all through this document

but it does not tell me. The scenario is a help desk that normally has a menu block..but they want an announcement they can manually record then insert before the main menu to say "such and such is already a known issue today so stop bothering us"

Hi,

Right click the announcement and go to properties then uncheck the "Pause before exiting" option.
