This may be a stupid question but is there any other way to edit existing phone trees without Call Pilot's application builder? We just went through an upgrade and our vendor did not install App builder and I need to do some quick edits. Thanks

you can call into CP and change menu greetings, but not like the properties such as what number xfers are going to. (I think)

Did your vendor leave you the CallPilot disks? If so, Application builder is on 1 of those.

Make sure you're running the right version of Java Runtime Environment on your client PC too.
