App Builder call transfer

I have a 61c with callpilot 201i. I'm using app builder 04.04.04.

This is my problem I have on app builder going to a Time control.
On the Time control I have the inside going to two call transfers. The outside to VM.
On the first call transfer 3365, if its busy or fails it goes to the second call transfer 3366.
The second call transfer if its busy or fails goes to VM.

My question is since I am using the app builder to transfer what should I have the phone settings programmed to? Do I still need to HTA,FNA the phones in the phone system or will Callpilot do it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Since the DN is probably pointed to mail first, it will hit your treatment in app builder and go from there. Same as it would be using the old mer mail. TOD controllers dictate what the call does.

Once you put it in the SDN, Callpilot will take over the calls. It worked whether I had HTA and FNA on or not. Thanks very much for your reply.
