API to check status of trunks on IPO 500v2 1

Hi Team

We would like to know if there are APIs that we could use to monitor/track our Trunk status on the IP Office 500 v2 when they are Out Of Service/ In Service.

Could someone guide us where we could get get this information

Thanks for the response. Our customer is not very interested in using SNMP or Syslog hence looking for a way we could automate things using APIs.

Is there a possibility we could do ISDN/ SIP Trunk Status monitoing using API?

Using an API to collect SNMP Traps and Syslogs is exactly what an API will look for.
You can also setup email warnings for ISDN/SIP to send you an alert if the trunks are up or down.

You could use the Service Monitoring Web Services API and SDK if you have R10.1+.
