API for IPO 500v2

Hi All

We have been trying to find API for checking the ISDN trunk status ( Inservice or Out of Service) and also an API to check if the IPO box has undergone a Warm Start or Cold Start from the Avaya devconnect site but couldnt find anything which would capture these scenarios.

Any ideas if Avaya has such API to capture the above mentioned things and where could i find them

You can also let the IPO send alarms via email, Syslog, SNMP traps.
