APC SYMMETRA Power Array - Serial Communication Lost

Hello

I have a APC SYMMETRA Power Array and a AP9606 - Web/SNMP
Management SmartSlot Card.
I was update the firmware of this card

When i tried to access by URL and login with both user and password "apc", it show me the error "Serial Communication Lost". (see attach)

I tried whith this solution

In the step 4 Type "-" followed by any date in the format MM/DD/YY (e.g. 01/01/00) and type "x" it doesn´t respond with the same data that i entered and the error continue.

Try reflashing it. You'd be surprised how many times that works.
