I'm currently enabling SSL for apache server on my PC in order to open my local website with https. However when I uncomment Include conf/extra/httpd-ssl.conf in httpd.conf file, I cannot restart the apache server. I keep getting the message "The requested operation has failed!".

How do I solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

Can you post the exact code you are uncommenting?

Look in your Apache error log. Most likely there is a configuration setting that is wrong, such as a file path.
