Hi all,
This is most likely an easy question to answer. I am not a Linux Expert, I am more of a windows server guy.

Well My company wants a helpdesk app and we have decided to try RT, running on a Linux box to save money.

I have installed Fedora 11 with the default options, installed Apache from the installation with the default options and installed RT. Everything seems to be working locally, but when I try to browse the website from another machine it cant find it. I can ping the box, but no luck with the web browser. Im sure its a security setting, I just dont know which one.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is your router port forwarding all http traffic to the server's internal ip?

Hi all,
It was the firewall blocking the web server from being able to work. Thanks for the help everyone.
