I am running Apache 1.3.26 on windows 2000 and i have tried to configure it to work with PHP 4.

However, when I test apache by typing "apache -t" it comes up with the following message:

c:/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax OK
[Sat Jun 29 17:32:12 2002] [error] Cannot remove module mod_php4.c: not found in module list

Can anyone tell me how to correct this problem?

PLs check whether the file mod_php4.so exsists in the modules directory under yr apache installation dir.

Try adding the line

AddModule mod_php4.c

This is necessary only if your httpd.conf has the line
"ClearModuleList"
