Hi all, I would like to ask you for help. Trying to uninstall present version of Apache server in my pc, but uninstallation process tells me that it need folder containing installation package of "Apache HTTP Server 1.3.27.msi"
Im not able to find any of install file of webserver. So what to do now? Do you have someone from you such file? Or do you have someone form you advice how to uninstall?

rgds p.

007095,

"Apache HTTP Server 1.3.27.msi" would be the installer that you originally used to install Apache for Windows. If you don't have it on your system, you could download it again.

has instructions to install Apache for Windows, but doesn't cover uninstall in any detail.

Hi Wishdiak,
thank you very much for your answer, but I ahve already tried it. Really it is not possible to find out at apache web pages such file as I described Apache HTTP Server 1.3.27.msi.

I downloaded and have tried e.g. this file: apache_1.3.27-win32-x86-no_src.exe, have tried to rename it but was not successful :(

really need it

Hi Wishdiak,
i downloaded both files. Tried to point uninstaller on every one but everytime i got message....

the file apache_1.3.27-win32-x86-no_src.msi is not a valid installation package for the product Apache HTTP server 1.3.27.msi. Try to find the installation package Apache HTTP server 1.3.27.msi in a folder from witch you can install Apache HTTP server 1.3.27.

I tried also to rename both files to Apache HTTP server 1.3.27.msi, but also without success.

seems to be more complicated than I expected...

007095,

What version of Windows are you running, and where did you originally download Apache from? Did you try searching for Apache HTTP server 1.3.27.msi on your computer?

Hi,
of course I tried to search it, but I believe file was deleted. 100% file was downloaded from apache.org website.
