With many forms and reports in MAS they are based on Crystal works tables that are generated at the time of printing and do not normally exist. The actual data tables are not used. Many times people will hard code the address in a formula so you must edit the formula as it does not actually read the data files. Have the forms been edited in any way? Have you talked with your reseller?
I haven't renewed with my reseller, so he won't discuss. That's why I'm trying to learn here. So I don't know if it's in formula. Is there any way to re do whatever might be in there?
While Tek-Tips is great in many areas, in MAS the post are far between. Sometimes it is a month between post. If you are trying to learn on your own you best option would be to of course take a course in Cystal but also visit the free Sage Community. My signature has a link. You would need to get the report to someone who understands it and can tell you what is happening.
There are resellers that work with customers that aren't current on maintenance; and work on a time & materials basis so you do not have to sign up on a pre-paid contract to get support.
I would also suggest the Sage Community for suggestions. The answer to your question is that yes, it comes in the work file but you can modify it to be whatever you want through Crystal.
