This is strange, we have recorded a greeting, once in a while we will come in the next day to find a different voice with the same greeting/menu. How can this happen. It is not a voice we recognize, but it is exactly the greeting we recorded with another voice, and yes...I have been taking my medication. This is a Partner ACS R3.0 processor, thanks.

It sounds like someone id hacking into you Voice mail and playing with you, do you have it password protected? If so change the passord and see if it happens. This is exactly why backdoor passwords should not be put on open boards.

I agree, that is what it sounds like ... but why would someone break in to change the message, and leave it exactly like it is while using thier own voice. The greeting and menu options are recited exactly how we recorded them. Also, the last two times this has happened, it reset it's self the same day and went back to the message we recorded. This other greeting has been sticking since Monday. Thanks for the help.

you might also check to see if the other message has been recorded for the Night Greeting. Did you change both or just one?

Yes you may just be listening to the wrong message thinking that you recorded the Night when you actually did the Day
