received a forwarded email originally from someone using AOL messaging. i was going to forward it to a much smaller list of friends without all of the redundant "forward" headers.
when i copied the email into Outlook i found that the entire original message was actually a hyperlink with a javascript "compose" that would automatically send the reply to the original sender without showing that person in the TO or CC address!
this seems to be a way of finding out where your email goes once you send it and if it gets forwarded you still know its travel history.
anyone else notice this?
