HI to all quick question

I’m using AOL IM at work is there a way that my company can see what comes across the IM can this be monitor.

You might think about the fact that removing monitoring utilities from your workplace PC is grounds for dismissal.
 
I am unable to find it for free (VNC) the only site I am finding is:


Plus.. How can you hide the fact that I am using VNC to monitor on client machines?
It seems like it needs to be installed on Server & clients machines

4-5 people are hooked on Aim Express. I blocked aol.com & Aim.com but they keep finding ways to launch the web based IM tool
 
I was able to find a free version on tucows.


I still have concern over the client machine(s)/User(s) realizing that I am monitoring.
(Which is somehting I hate doing by the way).

When a certain machine is being monitored the mouse start misbehaving ;) the refresh rate is not the same, it seems like the machine is slower, any workarounds?

I am running XP clients & Windows 2000 Advanced sever
