I have a couple users that are having trouble accessing their email over the our website using Novell Webaccess 6.0. I have found that all the users having issues are using AOL as their browser. As a solution, I told one of my users to go into Control Panel, internet options, connections, LAN settings, and make sure the proxy server option is unchecked. If it was checked, I told them to uncheck it. This worked for a few days, then it was back to the same error message reading "username and and password are invalid" on the webaccess login screen. I am at my wits end with this problem. Any help is greatly appreciated. Do or do not, there is no try.
