If I turn of open relay will that let my mail go to aol?

How do I turn it off?

I should have added that you don't want to be an open relay either. A sure way to get blacklisted by mail servers. That is if you really meant to say "open relay".

Cheers.

Since you are posted here I'm guessing your able to send to other internet address's. If so, and your not sure if your server prevents relaying, you may already be blacklisted.
The following link will allow you to check your IP address.

If you listed, you will need to fix the problem and send notification of the fix to any blacklist servers you may be on.

Check
AOL will not accept mail from domains that do not have a reverse dns. reverse dns is usually provided by your isp but you have to instruct them how to configure it. Use the above URL to check if you have an active reverse dns entry. If not, contact your isp and they should be able to fix you up.
