Anyway To Select Which STMP Address Sends In Multiple Domain Confi?

I have an exchange 2003 server setup with 2 domains in the Receipient Policy. user@domain1.com, user@domain2.com. Is there anyway to configure outlook to allow the user to chose which SMTP address sends the mail? i.e. the user sometimes wants the receipient to see domain2.com, and not domain1.com. I could setup a POP3 account, but I'd rather see if there is a way to do it within outlook using just the 1 exhange account...i'm not thinking so.

I'm familiar with the Primary Option for the SMPT addresses for each user, but that isnt the solution, here....as the user needs to switch back and fourth.
