Anyone using this in a hotel enviro?

The Missus works for a hotel chain in the UK and they've just installed cisco as the phone system as well as all the other cisco network stuff.

They seem to be having a few problems with wake up calls and other little bits and pieces.

Anyone else using it in this way?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

I did an install with a Cisco callmanager in a hote, but we were using a Precipia PMS system.. Worked out really well..

We recently completed a CallManager setup for a new hotel and casino in Oklahoma that also used the Percipia PTCE middleware along with the ISI call accounting product for integration to the property management system. Slick stuff. We placed 7970 color phones in all of the hotel rooms and they are running ads on those phones as well. The integration is very tight.
