Anyone using NBX Forward product?

We've been fighting with this product since we bought it earlier this year. one guy created it and let's just say you can tell it isn't made by a dedicated team of programmers or a big corporation.
Anyone having any luck with it?

I have it and have been using it in diffent revs for a long time to make a Global Voicemail Replacement. That however fell through recently with rev 4.x of the SS3 NBX. For some reason now voice-mail ports lockup if I use NBX Forward to send to a e-mail group in Exchange (the broadcast group) then send it back to the NBX using SMTP. It used to work slick but something changed in the new rev. Other than that I'm still using it for people that would rather have ALL there messages go to e-mail and then delete themselves from off of the phone. It's also handy for call coverage of a phoen and a cordless together. You can forward calls temporarily to a cordless but the v-mails (in the ATA message box) will get cut and pasted into the primary phone mailbox so you don't have to check both boxes. Ensync (it's add-on) is pretty slick too if you have exchange. Contact me I'll be glad to help you resolve the problem.
