Anyone using MPLS???

We publish a desktop to about 400 users across 23 sites... We are currently using Frame Relay- which has been not the best in regards to latency.

Is anyone publishing a desktop over MPLS circuits??

Is there a "standard" SLA we should be asking for from the ISP?

We use Citrix over AT&T MPLS. Most of our Citrix users only use an application or 2 but we do have 2 locations that use Citrix for a published desktop (about 25 users total). Aside from the standard complaints about being in a locked down environment and some printing issues I have not heard any complaints from users. It is going on a year now and the issues that do arise are rarely circuit related (if they are it is because the circuit is down). I will see if I can get a copy of our SLA and let you know what it says.
