IPO 11.something with embedded VM and we currently use a service called Call 2 Teams (Microsoft Teams) which has been lackluster at best but we're looking for some community feedback in perhaps we don't have it configured quite right. Just thought I'd ping you guys to see if anyone else uses this and maybe get some best practice info.
