I agree that it wasn't too bad. However the book I used...ExamCram 2 wasn't real accurate. I studied the section for the intro exam and was surprised to find material not covered in the book until ICND. Namely types of memory. RAM, ROM, NVRAM Flash ect. and their functions.
Passed it yesterday.
Know how to subnet, it is the lifeblood of the CCNA.
Know how to configure a router interface
Know how to configure passwords
Know how to configure Telnet sessions, console sessions, auxillary sessions
Know spanning tree protocol
Know TCP
Know OSI inside and out.
Don't confuse TCP and OSI models, know both, and know differences.
