MAS is designed to run on a 32-bit Windows OS. It will run on Novell but needs a lot of TLC. NO other OS is supported and most of the time it will not run on any other OS.

Have my MAS200 3.71 testing server run on VWware workstation 5.51 with Windows Server 2003STD installed on same PC workstation I use everyday over a year.
So far, no issue.
Not sure if you want to run a production server on it.

Running your production MAS on an unsupported setup means you are basically "butt naked". You have no protection or support and will receive NO help with any issue such as data corruption that may come up.
