We are trying to push to get the Nortel Integrated solution. If you aren't going with that you could get NICE or Witness - supposedly Witness is better. It would suck either way however because then you have to pull reports from that third party system - we are really trying to get our Call Center to understand that.
Oh also if you get a third party (and depending on how much voice/data you wish to capture/archive it can take an extra part time person to administrate it all - FYI
Yeah we're getting Nortel's CRQM 6.5. We're hoping the group that wanted the recording capability will be the ones managing the day to day operations but that never seems to work out.
