Anyone know of a good, free SMDR output viewer to use with IPO? I am using Kiwi syslog server to create a .csv output, just need something to help view the smdr output....

I have tried the free smdr viewer from avaya, but I cannot get it to work - it says it only works on IE 6 or 7, and we have no machines that have this old of a version of IE.
Any suggestions?

There's a number of options out there, I opted to end up purchasing PBX Data Logger since it had a ridiculous number of features. Alternatively you might give this one a try
Oh and if you have software that's complaining about IE you might try removing IE 10 or 11. A number of programs I use encountered that when I was beta testing IE 10. After installing the needed application I could reinstall IE10 with no trouble.

Thanks intrigrant...
The SoSo Server worked great in capturing the smdr and placing it in a .csv. However, im back to square one in that Avaya's free smdr viewer lets me browse & select the .csv file, but shows nothing. Im guessing because it says it is designed for IE 6 & 7 only.

You're trying to get a free/very cheap call logger, it rarely works out well :)

True, that is why we sell Xima Chronicall. I only use the data logger in case of problems, together with the monitor log it is very handy to have a SMDR log.
