Anyone know if Mivoice work's in Citrix Enviroment?

Hi Guys,

Do any of you know if Mivoice will work in a Citrix environment? I cannot see on MOL any suggestion it does not work.

UCA Basic works on Citrix with the standard .msi loaded...

Mivoice operates but for only 1 x user at a time. Could this be a mis-configuration on the customers network?

ps: This is in reference to Mivoice for Lync.

Hi, Yes customer currently has MS Lync running on Citrix Thin Clients.

UCA 6.0 Basic works ok, but Mivoice loads ok and works; but only for 1 x user at a time!

Any ideas? I can't see anywhere in the MOL doc's that this is not supported?

Confirmed with Mitel this is not supported in Xenapp Citrix environment. Apparently due Phase 2 of Mivoice for Lync app.
