Anyone know how to make the menu ?

I'm building a website for my community service in my area.
I wish to put a flash so it looks better. But, I am really a new to this. I try to google in the web with no luck.

So can anyone here know how to make this menu :

Yes. And how it can makes a sub choice (vista, omni, high tech) appear below the main choice (booth, shelters, canopies).

Can someone help me for the following :

1. I would like to know how can you make the sub menu (after you click on booths appear) and its clickable. And then disapear after you click on shelters or canopies.

2. Is there any function on (unload) and on (keydown, mouseMove) in flash MX 2004 ? What does it do ?
