Anyone know how to export 9i to CD?

What exactly are you planning to do with the data?
If you just want an export (i.e. a .dmp file) then just use the CD's drive letter ( or mount point if in UNIX) ( a writeable CD, of course) as the target for the file...
If you want to , say, export a transportable tablespace , then check the docs on any preliminary steps needed..
( like setting it to readonly, maybe, first)..
