It seems Mitel does not care about their customers and after a defunct Mitel reseller I have support from Mitel directly through CDW. The problem is now they do not know how to create a SOW for basic MAC tickets for basic changes I need to make within the system.
Your post heading versus attached info seems to differ. I think those that contribute here, could do a decent job of training. FWIW, the help works wonders.
