Anyone have experience with Black Diamonds?

Hi, my site has 2 6816 Black Diamonds, and recently one of the MSM cards failed in one (crashed the whole switch, and caused some major network issues!!)

We have received a new MSM card to replace the faulty card, however the new card is running a new firmware version.

Is this likely to be a problem? Do I "update" the firmware on the new card before inserting into the Black Diamond, or can I insert it and update using Epicentre?

Any advice welcome,

You can insert the new card and update the card, this will then upgrade the rest of the cards in your BD6816
