anyone have CDW problems?

Has anyone else felt the weird shift into ultra aggressiveness in their CDW representative?

I find it very odd they are refusing to RMA equipment that was ordered in their error, and calling my co-workers wanting to talk about myslef and our purchasing people.

Has anyone one else experienced this?

No, I haven't had that problem with them. We use them for quotes and ordering and I've never had this kind of problem with them.
 
I use CDW all the time and I've never had this problem.

If this seems to be an ongoing problem, I recommend that you report the behavior to the CDW rep's supervisor.

But before you do, I strongly recommend that you document in detail what behavior you found objectionable and when it happened. The supervisor will likely want to know.

Always had great success with CDW itself, and with the different reps I've had.

 
We have used CDW and they have been excellent in service.
Haven't had any problems with them. In fact, I always recommend them.
 
Well I dont know how to explain it other then we are requesting-demanding a new rep. This is just cannot be tolerated, a few friends of mine also in the IT industry have said simmular frustrations, I dont know if we have the same regional? account rep, but they are unhappy as well.

CDW better get their act together, TechData and Synnex are a heck of a lot easier to deal with right now...

Anyhow just wanted to see if anyone else was seing the same behavior, thanks for the responses.

I know a guy who told me that his company was planning to get rid of Norton Anti-Virus. Then their renewals just suddenly showed up. He does not know how.
