Is there anybody that played with the new VMPro backup yet?
By the docs you need to have them in a domain.

Do you need a SMTP server or can both VMPro servers handle this by itself?
You need to have SMTP installed on both servers.

Or is it in all docs already but it is not working yet?

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

I never did set that up but i think it is simular.

If you use monitor -> network viewer -> right click on the ipo -> voicemail status then you will see "received VPIM adress with the name of the vmpro server.

If the servers see each other then the complete setup is being copied to the backup server so you only have to maintain the main vmpro server.

Of course it does not harm to check once in a while :)
